Earth's Oasis was created by Detroit, MI native Carolynn Brown. Carolynn has always enjoyed creating handmade jewelry such as anklets and bracelets. In 2020 she started her own waist bead journey after having her second child and wanted to use the waist beads to track her weight loss. She loved how her first set of waist beads made her feel so much that it inspired her to purchase materials so that she could create more waist beads for herself. Eventually after receiving many compliments on the waist beads that she created she decided to start her own waist bead business.
